company full of hope, enthusiasm and visions of a 6-figure
income. But this can quickly fade if you are not quickly
seeing results. You begin wonder how the super-stars in
network marketing do it.
Becoming a network marketing superstar with your network
marketing company is achievable if you follow a few simple
steps. Here are 10 steps to get you started.
1. Use all the products! Be a product of the product. Try
all the products, even if it's only on the back of your
hand. How can you speak intelligently and excitedly about a
product if you don't have "hands-on" experience.
2. Develop a solid and loyal client base. Your retail base
usually develops from those people who want to use the
products and choose not to do the business. Over time,
clients often turn into business builders.
3. Offer and present the business opportunity with
confidence and heart-felt sincerity. You'll only be able to
believably offer the business opportunity if you believe
the opportunity works. You may want to practice offering
the opportunity until it literally trips off your tongue
easily and effortlessly. Begin by writing a list of the top
ten reasons you believe in your company's opportunity.
Allow your enthusiasm for your company to shine through!
4. Attend everything that will grow your business and/or
grow yourself. Activities that bring your team together are
the super glue that holds your business together. Attending
trainings, presentations and seminars will help keep you
focused on growing a successful business. Attending with
your team, fosters a sense of community and team spirit.
5. Regularly schedule and present your product and
opportunity. Network marketing success requires consistent
moneymaking activities. Being in front of new people
presenting your business and product is the number one
moneymaking activity. Your business and bank account will
grow in direct proportion to how often you're presenting
your product and opportunity to new people!
6. Spend time everyday working on yourself. Your business
will grow as fast as you're growing. To lead others to
success, you must first develop yourself both personally
and professionally. Success begins on the inside and works
its way out.
7. Listen to those you know what you want to learn. Be
willing to learn! You must be willing to be coached. Ask
questions and listen carefully to the answers.
8. Become accountable. Become accountable to yourself
first. When you say you're going to do something, do it.
Your team is watching your every move. Integrity is the key
to trust.
9. Edify your organization. Remember, if you can't say
anything nice about your company, upline or sidelines,
don't say anything at all. If you believe you have a
legitimate concern or compliant call your manager or upline
and speak with them directly.
10. Follow the system. If your company has a tried and true
system of success, use it. Why reinvent the wheel? Your
team will follow your lead and do what you're doing. If you
are all on the same page, success will be easier, faster
and a whole lot more fun.
